Our Precision Milling Division offers bespoke contract manufacturing that covers everything from tool, jig and test gauge construction to the production of finished parts and complete assemblies.

As an innovative and flexible partner, we support our clients all the way through a product's lifecycle. During the early stages of prototyping, we can cater to your individual needs with single-part orders and, if required, hands-on technical support during the planning and development stages of your product. And from there, we will accompany you all the way to full-scale production, where we meet your needs as a reliable partner for serial production that integrates seamlessly with your specific supply-chain requirements.

With our new systems, we have state-of-the-art 5-axis machining equipment at our disposal, that is designed for both high speed and accuracy. 

Due to the optimised spindle, feed system, and table height, we can machine an automotive turbocharger impeller with highly competitive throughput times. Our high-tech machines are particularly suitable for impellers with complex shapes, but also for precision workpieces and complex components for the semiconductor and communications industry. 

The table-in-table design, in which the C-axis is located in the A-axis table, offers high rigidity and thus high machining precision.
